All reservations include complimentary flight tracking, 15 minutes of wait time, and a professional, background-checked chauffeur. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to the full fare, as the chauffeur and vehicle have already been committed to your reservation.
