Do you offer corporate accounts with invoicing?
Yes. Approved companies are billed monthly, with a detailed receipt for every trip.
Can an assistant book for an executive?
Yes. Most corporate rides are booked by assistants and travel managers. We send confirmations to the booker and the chauffeur's details to the passenger.
What if a meeting runs late?
On hourly bookings your chauffeur waits for you. Extra time is billed at the hourly rate. On one-way rides, wait time after 10 minutes is billed at $15 per 15 minutes.
Can you handle transportation for a whole conference or event?
Yes. We coordinate airport arrivals, hotel shuttles and event transfers, with one dispatcher managing the schedule for your group.
Are your chauffeurs discreet?
Yes. Confidentiality is part of the job. NDAs are available on request.
How much does executive car service cost?
